Apricot Schnaps

Reip fruites. Harvested by hand. One part of the fruits is deseeded and the other part is left with the seed. This is done because the seed of the apricot gives an additional flavour of marzipan to the schnaps.

The flavour is the one of the apricot with an addition of honey and apricotblossoms. This flavour persists after swallowing and leaves you with an enjoyable flavour in your mouth.
